From a fleeting thought to a done thing.
You say it once. AI understands it, application code checks it, and you approve it. Only then does anything happen. The AI proposes — you decide.
However the thought arrives.
No forms, no categories, no deciding where it goes. Just get it out of your head — in text, in your voice, or as a link.
Type it
Write it the way you'd text a friend. “Dinner with Ahmed next Thursday” is enough.
Speak it
Talk while driving or cooking. Voice is transcribed, then understood — never acted on until you approve.
Save a link
Drop a maps, restaurant, or Instagram link. We keep the URL and open it in your own app — no embedded maps.
Five stages. You hold the one that matters.
The AI only ever proposes. Deterministic code does the checking. You give the single yes that lets anything happen.
Capture
Say it or type it, in your own words.
Understand
AI finds people, dates, intentions — and what's missing.
Validate
Code checks dates, timezones, conflicts, permissions.
Approve
You see exactly what will happen, and say yes.
Act
The reminder, plan, or event is created — quietly followed through.
See a single thought move through.
Understood
People, dates, intentions — and what's missing.
Validated
Checked by application code. Not by AI.
Approved by you
Nothing happens without your yes.
Done
It joins your timeline and follows through.
“Dentist next Thursday at five. Remind me the day before about the insurance card.”
Say “January 5” in November and it means next January.
A date with no year always resolves to the next one still ahead of you — never a date in the past. Code decides it, not the AI. And when the year was worked out rather than spoken, the card tells you so before you approve.
“Remind me to renew the car insurance on January 5.”
Any date outside the current year always shows the year. Dates in this year stay short — Wed 15 Jul.
Speak it. We keep the meaning, not the recording.
Talk while driving or walking. Your words become a structured plan you approve — and the original audio doesn't stick around.
Record or upload
Speak into the app or attach an audio file.
Transcribed
The audio is converted to text, then understood like any other thought.
Reviewed & approved
The transcript and its structured result are saved once you approve them.
Audio deleted
The original recording is deleted after a short processing window.
You'll be warned before you approve. Approving a voice capture deletes the original audio. Your transcript and the approved result are kept — the recording is not.
Why the order matters.
“Dinner with Sara on Friday at 8.”
