Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. You only add payment if you choose to upgrade.
What counts as an AI capture?
One submission that's processed by AI and produces a reviewed, structured result. It can begin as typed text, pasted content, or transcribed voice. Editing or approving that result doesn't use another capture.
How does voice usage count?
A voice submission uses voice minutes for transcription, and also uses one AI capture when the transcript is turned into a structured result. Your account shows both counters separately.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
You'll see your reset date along with options to add a top-up or upgrade — never a silent failure. You can still add and edit items manually. Allowances reset on your renewal date and don't roll over.
How do top-ups work?
They're one-time purchases for active paid subscribers. They're used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted, expire 90 days after purchase, and never renew automatically. If you cancel your plan, a purchased balance is kept until its expiry but needs an active paid plan to use.
Where do I pay and manage my subscription?
Subscriptions and top-ups are purchased on the website, handled securely through PayPal, and managed in your billing portal. The mobile app is for signing in, using the service, and checking your remaining allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — nothing is cut off early. Plans are managed in your billing portal on the website.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to Free, and your history stays readable and exportable. Paid-only features simply stop accepting new items until you upgrade again.
How fast do I get support?
Support is included on every plan, including Free. First response targets are 2 business days on Free and Plus, 1 business day on Premium, and the same business day on Executive. Help is opened inside UTTER IN once you're signed in, so we can see your plan and the item you're asking about. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm Kuwait time; Friday and Saturday are off. When live chat with our AI assistant launches, support moves to 24/7.
Will the AI ever act without me?
Never. Every reminder, plan, or calendar event waits for your explicit approval. That rule is built into the architecture, not a setting.
